Villa with private pool just meters from the beach. The villa is located in Calpe with a máximum capacity of 4 people. Located in the residential area Canuta, quiet complex just 300 meters from a small, uncrowded sandy beach, a marina and restaurants. It has a partially enclosed plot of 1000 m2 and an inner surface of 70 m2.
Main floor: (Access via 10 external stairs) Living room with sofa chaisse-longue, sat tv/tdt. and 1 split air conditioning. Open kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 split air conditioning and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink en suite. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine en suite.
Outside area: Large plot with kidney shaped pool with dimensions 8x4 with Roman steps. Outdoor shower. Enjoy the wonderful sea views from its various terraces. One summer kitchen with gas hob and grill. 2 sun loungers for sunbathing purposes
Upper floor: (closed and uninhabitable for rent)
Distances: Only 300 meters away from the sandy beach, restaurants and marina (Playa del Puerto Blanco). The Calpe town center is only 1,5 km away. Parking for 1-2 cars on the premises.
Remarks:
Possibility for a extra person: 90 € / stay. Pets are allowed but with a weight no more than 12 kg for 30 € for the whole stay.
