LAY OUT: The villa has two floors, the ground floor is the one that is available for rent, the top floor stays closed. On the lower floor, 100m2, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a full bathroom. There is a spacious and comfortable lounge,a dining room and a kitchenette. EXTERIOR: At the entrance to the lower floor there is a terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast. One level up you can find the pool surrounded by sunbeds and various areas with outdoor furniture to relax. Finally there is a furnished gazebo overlooking the Natural Park of the Penon de Ifach and the Olta mountain, a nice spot to relax and enjoy the views. LOCATION: Located in the urbanization of Maryvilla, at the foot of the mountain. Only 1.9 Km from the Mediterranean Sea and the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco. OTHER: WIFI INTERNET FREE
