This charming villa is to be found in the Torre Soli Nou zone and has three bedrooms, a spare room and two bathrooms.
A private pool and terrace with stunning sea views is set in mature gardens which give this very private property a sense of peace and tranquility.
Once inside, you are met with the elegance of the lounge-dining area, comfortably furnished and fully equipped. This leads onto a spacious covered terrace with its brick BBQ and unique sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is ample with its own dining table, and leads out to an exterior washing area.
The master bedroom with double bed and sea view is found on the ground floor as well as a double room and a bedroom with bunk beds. There is one bathroom with bath and another with shower. All bedrooms have air- conditioning.
Upstairs reveals a cosy study also with sea views. Outside the main feature awaits in the shape of a singular “L” shaped pool which follows the contours of the villa. Its diving board will surely be the children´s favourite.
