On the other side there is a well proportioned lounge-dining area with all necessary furniture, including sofa bed. To the side of the lounge the fully equipped kitchen is found,also with views of the pool and the sea.
Upstairs presents an original open plan master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The terrace leads off the lounge on the ground floor and has its furniture and a small awning.
The pool may be reached by way of a small but handy ramp. There is also a brick BBQ .
