Downstairs, a cosy lounge featuring a built-in chimeney welcomes you. Comfortably furnished and air-conditioned it leads off to the kitchen on the left.
The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and with its own dining area and access to an exterior launderette area.
On the right of the lounge you find two of the double bedrooms, both with built-in furniture. One has ensuite bathroom with shower and the other has an independant bathroom.
Upstairs boasts a large double room with fully-fitted ensuite bathroom with bath, air-conditioning and a prívate terrace giving magnificent sea views.
The main terrace downstairs is covered and ideally furnished also having an additional awning for the sunny afternoons.
The main feature of this comfortable terrace, apart from the spectacular sea views is the wonderful brick BBQ.
The rectangular pool set in delightful gardens will surely be a success with all the familly and there are sunbeds and a practial outdoor shower, too.
