    Description

    Stone built villa set in the Majorcan countryside.
    Around 11 kilometres from Pollensa this property offers four bedrooms. Set on one level the salon/dining room features a high ceiling and is next to the bright and well-equipped kitchen with a door to the pool terrace and brick built barbecue. There are two twin and two double bedrooms.

    General Services Include:

    -Weekly cleaning
    -Towel-change twice a week
    -Sheet-change once a week
    -Maintenance of gardens and swimming pools
    -Water, electricity and butane gas (if applicable) supply - included
    -Technical service for maintenance and repairs
    -Emergency contact 24 hours a day

    Optional Services Not included: 

    - Daily cleaning
    - Rent a Car 
    - Rental of sports and pleasure vessels for sailing, surfing or fishing
    - Excursions on dry land (on foot or horseback)
    - Adventure sports, golf, tennis or paddle tennis
    - Windsurfing or dinghy sailing
