Rural House on the outskirts of Llubi to Sineu, in a very quiet area, isolated and with clear views to the mountains. \r\n

The house comprises of two floors. On the groundfloor there is a receiving area, a double bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, lounge, dining room and covered porch iwith direct access to the pool. \r\n

On the top floor you is the master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom and terraces with nice views over the pool and the garden. Internet Wifi.\r\n

The house is about 7 km from Llubi, a typical village of \"Es Raiguer\" where the village atmosphere invites you to stroll through the streets and enjoy your summer terraces and the popular weekly market.\r\n

Just 7 km from Llubi you find Sineu, one of the typical villages of the \"Pla\" in Mallorca, where one breathes the atmosphere of the towns that once were important. The weekly wednesday\' s market is unique in the island where you can still buy livestock. \r\n

The closest beaches, just twenty minutes driving, are the beach of Can Picafort, Es Capellan, Son Baulo, Playas de Muro and Son Serra de Marina.
