    Rustic style stone walled villa over 1 level on the road between Alcúdia and Sa Pobla , in the lovely countryside area of North Mallorca, approximately a 15 minutes drive to Port Alcúdia with its lovely sand beach.  The interior is light, bright, modern and nicely decorated . There are open countryside views of the mountains and sea from the terrace. The lovely covered terrace area is ideal for outside dining with chairs and tables provided and sun loungers around the pool for soaking up the sunshine.
    Bedrooms: 2 doubles 1.80 x 1.35m , 2 twin bed rooms 1.90 x .90m
    Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms and 1 shower room
    Layout: entrance, on entering is a hallway that opens onto a spacious open plan living-dining room with plasma TV, satellite TV, home cinema and a wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge.  Master bedroom with en suite bathroom. 1 double bedroom, 2  twin bedrooms. These rooms share a bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
