    Rural House with sea views in a privileged location on top of a hill, located just a couple of minutes of Alcudia in a quiet area with spectacular views over the bay of Alcudia. Beside the house there is the Aucanada golf.\r\n

    The house is distributed as follows:\r\n
    On the ground floor: living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch with patio furniture and barbecue, fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave ..), a double bedroom with double bed (1,60 x2, 00m) and a bathroom.\r\n
    \r\n
    First floor: three bedrooms - one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, two twins (3x 0,90 m, 1x1, 35m) and a bathroom.\r\n
    \r\n
    In the same plot is a studio with double bed (1,60 x2,00m).\r\n
    \r\n
    The pool with panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia and mountains, is surrounded by sun terrace and lawn.\r\n

    Just 4 km is Puerto Alcudia and beautiful sandy beach Playa Muro.
