    Your holiday villa near Sant Josep de sa Talaia

    Villa of 120 sqm surrounded by gardens with background views over San Antonio bay. Located on a hill, only 500 m from the village of San José. At 10 minutes by car from the beach of Cala Tarida where our local office is situated, Cala moli, and Cala vadella . Driving distance to Ibiza town and the airport: 15 min. aprox. Very quiet area. Ideal for a family. This house is equipped with central heating and fireplace, so it can be rented in winter time.

    House of one level:
    Lounge dining room with CD, radio with connexion for MP3 / IPOD, TV with satelite and fireplace. Access to the pool and the terrace. Well equipped kitchen with gas plaques, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster ... 2 double bedrooms with twin beds. Bathroom with tub. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower en suite. Bathroom with tub. Large private pool of 6 x12. Large terrace with barbecue and shower. Safe box. Central heating. Fan in each bedroom. Baby cot and high chair. Comfortable decoration.
