The house consists of:
• a large kitchen and dining area with fireplace and direct access to garden and barbecue
area.

On the upper floor is the 5
th bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and
air conditioning. Exit to the terrace.
On the outside, in front of the house there is a covered dining area and curtained porch.
Across from the house is a covered terrace with chill out next to a koi pond. Several sofas,
beds good naps in the shade near the pool emerald background. Deck chairs and umbrellas.
