On the main floor the house has a huge living and dining area with pool table and a huge flat Tv and Music equipment,
On the dining area just in front we have the complete kitchen. Behind this area we have the laundry room. As well there is a double bedroom with independent entrance from the garden area, for the villa service that cleans and can help with cooking .
On the other side of the living room there is another master double bedroom with bathroom en suite
Upper floor; Here we find two master bedrooms, one with bath in the room, independent shower, and toilet, and also independent sink area and dressing room. The second bedroom has as well bathroom en suite and dressing room.
Lower Floor; Here we find another double master bedroom with en suite bathroom and with direct exit to the garden area and 2 more double bedrooms each of them with en suite bathroom and own terrace with garden furniture.
Pool Area and Fitness centre; There is a huge garden with grass all around the house and a large pool with a beach entrance facing the horizon and the sea view. A fantastic covered barbecue area is located on a side as well with smashing views. Under the Pool area there is a gym with ping pong table and a Jacuzzi, Haman and a pressure shower.
