The house has 350m2 of surface, more than 200m2 of garage and storage room. It is located in an estate of 20.000m2 fully fenced, with olive, carob, pine, juniper, orange and large garden with lawn, palm trees, bougainvillea and flowering plants, 3 km from Ibiza town on the road to San José, located in a quiet residential area. t has views over Formentera, Playa den Bossa and Las Salinas Nature Park to the south and mountains to the north.
 It has 6 double rooms (two with double bed 200 X 180 and the other four with two single beds of 0.90 X 200 you can join or leave separate). There are 5 bathrooms 1 with bath and Jacuzzi and the other with shower. Large living room furnished with two zones. Two porches covered and furnished terrace. The kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cooler, freezer, Smeg oven and hob, microwave, table and chairs for 12 people. The Laundry room has washer and dryer, large capacity, iron and ironing board.
