In the resort of Salobre Golf, close to the Hotel Sheraton is located this beautiful villa of recent construction, with private heated swimming pool and with magnificent and relaxing views over the golf course and the mountains.
All bedrooms are provided with cold/warm air conditioning. Decorated tastefully, the exterior and interior furniture is of good design and first quality as well as the kitchen and the domestic appliances. Also a free wifi is included in the offer of this villa.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and with direct access to a terrace with sunbeds from where you can enjoy great views and the other bedroom with double beds and en suite bathroom at the ground floor with direct access to the porch and to the garden. A villa with lots of light, modern and cozy. Warm water and the heated swimming pool are provided by thermal solar power. The villa is just 10 minutes away from the commercial area Meloneras and of Maspalomas´s beach, where you can find shops, cafeterias, ice cream shops, restaurants and all facilities for your deserved holidays.
