Or if you would prefer, another possibility is kicking back on the swinging chair in the shade of the covered terrace, as you watch the kids play in the swimming pool. The interior features a lot of wood, which gives it a cosy and homely feeling and appearance. Extra effort was spent on making the home child safe and provides them with lots of things to do. There is a basketball hoop and table tennis for them, so that they can compete between each other. For the tots, there is a separate area, fitted out with playground equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, although you can also cook outside, as there is a stone barbecue in the garden for grilling your choice of meat or delicious fresh fish. From here you have a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea, with fishingboats sailing past on the horizon. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so enough space for everyone.
 

The area surrounding your villa

The villa is located along the Costa Brava, in the North-Eastern part of Spain, just over the French border. This area is very versatile; you can ride a bike or hike for hours, as there are fantastic marked routes. Bicycles can be rented from several locations. Allow the children to have the time of their lives in one of the water parks in the neighbourhood. Don't forget to check out a dolphin show, either! Or visit one of the great markets in the area, which are held almost daily and you can buy some great local produce there. After that, drink a café con leche on a sunny terrace and enjoy some delicious churros, a Spanish specialty. Or experience a gorgeous drive along the rugged coast (which is what the Costa Brava owes its name to) with its ruins, fortresses and castles. Or are you going bird spotting in one of the idyllic bays? Don't forget your binoculars!
