Itt hetgeen in de algemene beschrijving van het huis op de website staat vermeld, heeft het huis geen airconditioning. Er zijn ook geen ventilatoren of iets dergelijks. Zeker gezien de warmte had dat geen overbodige luxe geweest.

Your holiday villa near Saus ( L' Escala)
Villa Saus is a rustic wonderful property situated in a small picturesque village Saus — ideal for those who are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in a natural environment. Beautiful beaches of L'Escala is a 15km away from the villa. Villa Saus consists of 2 independent houses. Owner lives in one part of the villa with separate entrance and does not use the swimming pool. The vlla (200m2) has a private swimming pool and situated on a big plot of 3000m2. The entrance is on a ground floor- Here you can find : lounge with fire place, equipped separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom ( with bath and shower) , 1 bedroom with trundle bed, 1 bathroom and toilet. On the second floor you can find open attic bedroom with 1 individual bed. Outside of the villa there is a nice garden with large swimming pool, cozy porch with relax area. Villa has central heating and internet. You can park your car safely on private property. Villa Saus disposes of a a nice view to the surrounding forests This holiday residence is very suitable for families.
You can have easy access to the villa from highway AP7 ( just a 6 km away). Marvelous big city Girona with commercial centers, top restaurants and a lot of sightseeings is situated a 25 kms away from the villa. At the same distance you can find Figueras with world-known Dali's museum. Don't hesitate to visit medieval town Besalu ( 35kms) and beautiful lake in Banyoles ( 28 kms). Famous ski resort Vallter 2000 is a 100kms away from the villa. Aquapark Aquabrava is a 35kms away.
Heating out of the season : 25 euro/ person/week (obligatory and have to be paid on arrival)
