    Your Villa In Costa Brava

    A beautiful villa located in a quiet dead end street, very near the beach of Riells . It has a beautiful, large green garden, a sheltered terrace and a large, swimming pool.
    The house has two floors, with on the ground floor the living/dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
    On the top floor there are a bedroom and a bathroom with a bath tub and a small terrace.
    There is both a garage and a car park on the premises.

    Optional Services

    Final Cleaning: 70 euro(obligatory- have to be payed on arrival)
    Cot: 15 euro/ week
    Extra Bed: 60 euro/ week
    Bed sheets: 7 euro / person
    Towels: 5 euro/ person
    Pets: 20 euro/ pet/ week
    Arrival out of schedule( later than 19.00): 15 euro

    *The mandatory fees, optional services and the refundable deposit shall be paid to the caretaker upon your arrival.
