    Your Villa In Costa Brava

    House with two floors, located on top of the Montgo mountain with a breathtaking view over the bay of Roses. It has both a green garden (not fully closed) and a spacious terrace, the last one to be reached through doors in the living room.
    An outside staircase leads you to the front door where you find a small hallway with a separate kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with separate toilet.
    On the top floor are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.

    Optional Services

    Final Cleaning: 70 euro(obligatory- have to be payed on arrival)
    Cot: 15 euro/ week
    Extra Bed: 60 euro/ week
    Bed sheets: 7 euro / person
    Towels: 5 euro/ person
    Arrival out of schedule( later than 19.00): 15 euro

    *The mandatory fees, optional services and the refundable deposit shall be paid to the caretaker upon your arrival.
