You can park your car safely at the property. The beautiful, wide, sandy beach is located only 3,000 m from the villa, and the shops, restaurants and nightlife are also within easy reach at a distance of only 1,000 m. The rural location and spacious layout make Villa Acuarela the perfect holiday home for large families or groups.

Villa Acuarela is a fully detached villa, at street level, and has a living area of 375 m2. You reach the villa by a beautiful long driveway that runs through the middle of the grounds. As you enter the villa, on the ground floor, you will find the beautifully appointed living room, which features two comfortable seating areas with leather sofas, a large flat-screen cable TV and a fireplace. From the living room, you have access to the outdoor terrace through large sliding glass doors. The large separate dining room with authentic fireplace will play host to many memorable family dinners. The dining room adjoins the fully fitted country-style kitchen, which is equipped with everything you could need, and will contribute to your successful self-catering stay. From the kitchen, you can access the beautiful covered conservatory, which features picture windows, a large stone barbecue, a seating area and two large dining tables, to enjoy meals with the whole family. Sliding glass doors open onto the beautiful natural landscaped garden, which gives you the idea that you have walked into a tropical garden. On the ground floor, there are also two modern bedrooms and one fully equipped contemporary bathroom. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms. Villa Acuarela is a beautiful, luxuriously furnished villa where the use of light furniture and natural light creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.

At the front of the villa you will find the lovely private swimming pool, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea. Around the pool you can unwind on one of the sun loungers with a good book or a glass of wine while the children enjoy the pool or the beautifully landscaped garden. In the garden around the villa, you have access to many seating areas both in the sun and in the shade, and the presence of a hammock will allow you to enjoy the most wonderful naps during the siesta. In the evenings, al fresco dining on one of the many terraces, where you can enjoy the sultry Spanish summer evenings, is certainly recommended.

VILLA ACUARELA offers to its guests the service of six electric bicycles so can enjoy beautiful rides in the beautiful surroundings without spending too much effort or being an athlete. One of the possible routes is the Route of Montcabré, a place protected by the Special Plan of Natural Interest. The route starts at the Church and allows you to enjoy several natural and cultural sites of Cabrils. This innovative transport system greatly expands the possibilities of traveling through every corner, without the needs  of the physical effort. If you are interested in this service , your confirmation is required  before your arrival and a deposit of € 250 euros/bicycle will be paid (upon arrival).

Costa Maresme

The Costa del Maresme is situated along the Mediterranean, north of the province of Barcelona and to the south of the Costa Brava. This beautiful coastal region is some 50 kilometres long and is mainly made up of long stretches of beach (composed of sand and fine shingle) and steep cliffs. It has a wonderfully temperate climate.

Winter sports enthusiasts can also find several opportunities along the Costa Maresme for skiing and snowboarding in Andorra, Masella or La Molina.

The Costa del Maresme also offers plenty of beautiful historical and cultural attractions such as the archaeological finds at Burriac and Mataró, the Baroque architecture of Arenys de Mar as well as the modernist towns of Canet and Argentona. The Costa del Maresme is sometimes referred to as the vegetable garden of Spain, because this region produces many strawberries, cherries, tomatoes and beans, while the region is also known for its white wine from Alella.
