Cool off in the sea, get an ice cream at a nearby kiosk or sunbathe on a comfy lounger. A pleasant change provides the varied cultural life in Spain. On the square of Vidreres "La Festa del Ranxo” takes place annually. This is one of the most famous festivals of Spain. Your villa is located in the neighbourhood and who is looking for the authentic Spain is right at his place here. Lloret de Mar is a busier destination and mostly popular among young people. Along the beautiful coastline with its long sandy beaches interspersed with idyllic bays are the seaside towns of Malgrat de Mar, Blanes, Calella and Pineda de Mar. They vary enormously, Pineda is a bit smaller than Blanes and Calella is more authentic than Malgrat de Mar, but all definitely excel in their Catalan hospitality. At Malgrat you can go shopping or have a nice glass of wine at one of the numerous terraces. You can enjoy a stroll on the beautiful boulevard after a day of sailing or surfing. In the quiet and intimate Pineda de Mar you will feel right at home. This old fishing village with inviting bars and atmospheric streets is a stone's throw away from your villa. Barcelona is easily accessible by car or train. The city is known for its many Gaudi buildings that can be found throughout the city. After a cultural day in Barcelona it pays off to go and try some tasty tapas at the Placa Reial.
