Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die alles geboten hatte, was wir erwartet haben und auch benötigt haben. Vielleicht ein klein wenig zu weit weg vom Strand und Llloret Zentrum, dafür super Aussicht und tollen Pool. War alles Top. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Kansas is a wonderful detached villa with a covered area of 200 m2, where you will feel at home immediately. Beautifully located in the hills of Rocca Grossa (big rock) near the centre of Lloret de Mar. The excitement of the well known seaside resort and the sandy beach are only 1,5 kilometres away and at your villa you can find serenity and comfort, which makes it ideal for families. Kansas is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can park your car safely. You can enter Kansas on the first floor, that you can reach via a small set of steps. Here you will find a snug living room with fire place, the modern kitchen fitted with all modern conveniences, the dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. One floor higher you will find the other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The residence is decorated in a light and functional style. You will find your way around easily. It becomes even nicer outside, where a nice swimming pool is waiting for you. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or read a book in the shade. You will feel on top of the world for a while, because of the breath taking view of the surrounding Mediterranean Sea, which you can also view from the balcony on the bedroom floor. You can find excitement 1,5 kilometres from your holiday villa Kansas, where the lively Lloret de Mar is waiting for you. Lloret de Mar is a real lively town where you can enjoy the night life or entertain yourself in the nice streets with restaurants and shops. But there is also a lot to do for the more active holiday-maker, like playing golf, a big water park, a dolfinarium, a riding school and sports centre. You won’t have to be bored a single day. You can find the nice fishing village Tossa de Mar 8 kilometres away. This is one of the places on the Costa Brava with the most remains from its founding period. When life along the coast became too dangerous because of the raids of the enemies, people started to build big walls around them to live behind. The castle of Vila Vella in Tossa de Mar with its small streets and stairs has stayed intact. In the romantic castle you can find many excellent restaurants and many nice shops that make the search for a nice souvenir easy. Tossa also has a beautiful broad sandy beach.
