 The beautiful, 3-bedroom Villa Bosanova benefits from its own private pool and is situated in a quiet Spanish residential area, in a cul-de-sac with room to park the car. The villa accommodates 6 people and due to its spacious design it is ideal for couples. The beautiful beach, numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife are within easy reach at a distance of between 130m to 3km.

This villa is situated above street level and the villa entrance is reached via a short flight of stairs. Upon entering you find yourself directly in the spacious and nicely furnished living room, which features a fireplace, cable TV, radio and CD player. On this floor you will also find the modern kitchen which is fully equipped, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the first floor of the villa is the 3rd bedroom, 1 bathroom and an additional living room. From this room you have access to the lovely balcony. The house has central heating, ideal during the cooler evenings.

The outdoor area of the villa is made up of a beautiful natural garden with stunning views over the azure Mediterranean. The lovely private pool is located on the side of the villa, with various seating areas to spend time reading a book, or where you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue.
